D-Smith Headed to Indiana Prep Power-House

- Damion Smith, who blew up this Summer in BABC's 15u National Championship Run by averaging 26ppg, will be headed to the State of Indiana to attend basketball-powerhouse La Lumiere Prep..Smith will roll into town with a familiar face in former BABC teammate and former New England-resident Johnnie Vassar, who will join Smith in Lumiere's Class of 2014.   Smith and Vassar will be joining a loaded Lumiere ball-player fraternity which includes Haner Perea (ESPN #49 committed to Indiana), Raphael Davis (ESPN #72 committed to Purdue), 7-ft monster Obij Aget, and Southern Illinois-bound PG Antonio Drummond.  With D-Smith on board at Lumiere, the Spaceship is excited for the excuse to cover a ball-club as loaded as Lumiere.
