BABC Academy Goes 2-2 at 14u AAU Nationals

BABC Academy Competes at AAU Nationals

- The BABC Academy 8th Graders are down in Orlando where they just completed play at the 14u AAU Nationals.  During Pool Play, BABC competed in Pool Q with Fast Team Sports out of Oregon, Tennessee Select, and Team Power from Georgia.  In their first game, BABC defeated Tennessee Select by a score of 83-75.  In Game #2, they blew out Team Power by a score of 67-30.  BABC fell in their final pool-play game to Fast Team Sports to finish at 2-1 and advance to the Championship Bracket, where in the 1st round, they had the misfortune of drawing the powerful Oklahoma Phenoms, who bested BABC by a score of 69-48 to eliminate them from contention.

The BABC Roster includes Brendan Hill, Marcel Pettway, Jordan Scurry, Isaiah Godwin, Terrence Mann, Kareem Reid, Sean Fontes and more. They will stay down in Orlando where they will get back to work in the AAU 14u Super Showcase which starts on Wednesday.
